Another Fat Burning Treadmil Run

The 15 Second Drill is one of my favorite workouts. It burns fat, builds speed and endurance. This treadmill workout keeps you on your toes since it requires you to take action every 15 seconds. You can’t fall into the “treadmill trance” as I call it.

So you can see one of the workouts I use to burn fat running.
