I have been running on a treadmill regularly over the last 6 months and it has made a big difference in my weight loss and fat burning. It has increased speed, endurance and overall runnning fitness.
I do several types of workouts to keep the staleness from taking hold which can happen often when running on a treadmill. Over the next few posts I will be sharing some of those workouts.
